Reporting of Events

Reporting of accidents, incidents and route failures is an important role for bus operators.

Payment dates

NOTE: Subject to receipt of the correct information on time

Bus Operators - Daily and Tech

Changes/invoice in to Multiserve by:   2nd day of each month
Payments are made by:   10th working day of the following month

Operator Monitoring

 Within operator contracts, set standards are described regarding CoF pass rates.  The Ministry, through their service agents, are now monitoring those standards.
